Communion Setup

Communion - pls come 30-45min beforehand to set up the table +/- put up the bible verses.

Set up the bread and the cups
Put one cup and bread next to organ
Pls also go to the kitchen with the cups to help in washing the cups, and clear the table after the service.

Projector

Projector - pls come 20-45min beforehand. That will give you ample time to set up projector and making sure it is running properly for the service. Your preparation will help increase the possibility of running the church service smoothly.

Please get songs from songleader. If using OpenSong, pls check what's saved in the system is the same words and order as what the songleader is using (check the actually slides themselves, esp for size) and check for spelling mistakes.

If there are videos, please ensure they are running properly. Work with PA people and make sure that the audio is also working.

PA

PA - pls come at least 30min to 1hr before service starts (eg.10-10:15), in case of unexpected problems, so that system can be set up for a live test during the song practice session

check to see the Left, Right and Communion mikes are working
check how many backup singers and provide them each with a mike from the side 1,2,3 inputs.
Pls turn on the backhall system (Set Input 3 (from front) and main volume to about 2-3) to power the kitchen and cry room (and turn off the backhall speakers).
